Albert Nipon Winter White Dress

Gorgeous white Albert Nipon dress from the 1970s. No fabric tag but it feels like wool or polyester. Button front, breast pockets and pleated detail. Back belt (some stitching missing - very minor). Gold-tone buttons. One small mark on back that will likely come out with drycleaning.
