Sportclad 1950s Varsity Sweater from JC Penney

Great vintage all wool Varsity sweater with orange P patch on the front and orange stripes on the left arm. Two front pockets. Size 38, but not sure what they equates to in modern sizing. Some runs in the fabric at the wrist and the stripes on the sleeves, a little tear at the top button hole and a few repairs on the lower back. Other than that - in great shape for its age.
