HBarC Ranchwear Long Tail Shirt
A great shirt from a brand with a super interesting history! HBarC has been in business in this country in some iteration since 1897 and started making Western-inspired clothing in the 1940s outfitting the Hollywood elite and the Westerns they produced. Actors like John Wayne, Roy Rogers and Gene Autry all wore clothing from the brand during the heyday of Hollywood cowboys. Later, John Travolta wore a top from the brand in Midnight Cowboy.
HBarC hired legendary rodeo tailor Nudie Cohn to design shirts for them and they collaborated on many of Nudie's signature embroidered Western suits.
This little gem is peach with white and green flowers. No size or fabric label but feels like a soft, nice polyester. It's got a great 70s collar, mother of pearl snaps and two front pockets.
