SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

In-Store Purchases:
Swan Dive sells used items that have signs of wear, therefore, all purchases made in-store are final sale. We do our best to call out any marks, tears or stains on the tag, but if you find something egregious after you’ve made your purchase, please get in touch so we can make it right.


Online Purchases:
We will accept exchanges or store credit on online orders that are sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. 

Anything purchased at clearance is FINAL SALE, not eligible for return or exchange. We're always happy to provide additional info about fit before you purchase - just call us at 206.935.9400 or send us an email at swandivevintage@gmail.com and we'll do our best to advise you!

ONLINE RETURNS

Email us within 7 days of delivery at swandivevintage@gmail.com to start your exchange or store credit. Swan Dive does not pay for return shipping unless the order is over $150.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours via USPS first rate or Priority Mail. Unless ordered on a weekend, they will be sent out the following business day. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it is available.

Continental US

Shipping within the lower 48 states is FREE on orders that total $150 or more! For orders under $150, there is a $12 flat fee.

Alaska / Hawaii

There is a $25 flat fee on all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

International

There is a $45 fee on all orders shipped internationally. If the customer is shipping to a destination outside the US, additional tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the purchaser's local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value. Items will be shipped from Seattle, WA, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. We will not declare goods as a gift or lower the value for our own and the purchaser's protection.

Expedited shipping is available. Please contact us by phone or email to detail your options and additional cost.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Sales Tax

When shipping items within our home state of Washington, we charge 9.6% sales tax.
